This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced client services officer to join our admin team based on Collins Street in Melbourne CBD.

About the role:
Reporting to the Centre Manager Melbourne, you will work in a fast-paced environment and be an experienced professional with considerable knowledge of office oversight, coordination, supervision and support to administrative staff and administrative coordination for clinical staff. The Client Services Coordinator provides high level practice management and administrative support to facilitate the delivery of care to clients who access the Family Relationships Centre.
Skills, experience and qualifications:
This role is based in our centre on Collins Street, Melbourne CBD. RAV centres are open, depending on client demand and operational requirements. For this role, you will be required to work an evening each week which are outside of standard business hours, on a regular basis.
