About the role:
Reporting to the Manager Northern Melbourne, your day-to-day work will be supervised by our Client Service Co-ordinator. You will provide an efficient, welcoming first point of contact for clients and people contacting RAV about services and programs, responding in a helpful manner via phone and in person. You will provide organisational and administrative support to management and staff, undertake basic assessment of client service needs and manage the coordination, booking, data entry and processing of client appointments.
Skills, experience and qualifications:
This role is based at our Greensborough Family Relationship Centre. For this position, you will need to be available from 9am-3pm Monday to Friday. The position is part time and the successful candidate will be offered a fixed-term contract until January 2019.
