This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced professional to join our Practice Quality and Evaluation team, working in this senior practice specialist role to enhance RAV’s therapeutic services.

About the role:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, your responsibilities includes providing leadership for practice, program and service departments for therapeutic services at RAV. This will be achieved through:-
Coordination and facilitation of clinical supervision for Clinical Supervisors, in addition to leadership of the Therapeutic Services Clinical Supervision team;
Undertaking and participating in projects and initiatives that enhance the practice, program and service development of therapeutic services at RAV.
Ensuring that RAV’s therapeutic services’ practice and programs are aligned with sector developments and progressions.
Developing and reviewing policy, procedures and documentation in regards to our therapeutic services at RAV.
Skills, experience and qualifications:
This role is based across our Melbourne CBD and Camberwell offices. RAV centres are open, depending on client demand and operational requirements. Depending upon the role, location and service requirements, you may be required to work one evening weekly on a regular basis.
