Aboriginal Family and Relationship Support


RAV provides support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and individuals to help strengthen family relationships.

Counselling provides an opportunity to talk with a professionally trained person to discuss couple issues, conflicts with friends, relationship breakdown, parenting, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, grief, sexual problems, childhood sexual abuse, stress and work related tensions and disputes.

Parenting

We offer group work and post separation parenting courses (including  some for court-mandated clients). Individual mums and dads come together  with others in similar situations to share their experiences and learn  skills to help them work with their new realities

Parenting After Separation (Boronia)

The Parenting After Separation course informs parents about the impact of separation and divorce on children. It provides parents with key information and strategies to assist children to successfully adjust to separation and divorce.
