Men's Counselling

We offer a variety of services and approaches to help men explore and review their lives.

Men's roles and relationships are often the source of much discussion these days, as society shifts, changes, takes new directions and makes new demands. Men are partners, fathers, husbands, siblings, adult children of aging parents, single parents. All these have different features and demands.

Sometimes men need space to focus and reflect on their busy lives, and someone to help facilitate the questions about how things are working and what could work better.

At RAV, men can use our relationship support services to help them explore and review their lives through:

  • individual counselling
  • groups looking at how to understand themselves and their relationships
  • groups to assist with moving on when a relationship ends
  • parenting after separation groups
  • group work around issues such as anger and abuse.
