The successful candidate will require extensive skills and experience in the delivery and governance of RAV core programs including couple and family counselling and mediation. Ideally the candidate will hold specialist qualifications in one or more of these disciplines and have demonstrated practical senior experience in program delivery, service design and clinical supervision.
To be considered for this role applicants must have experience serving on not-for-profit boards, an ability to think and influence strategically, and an understanding of good practice corporate governance including risk and change management.
The role will focus on driving a not-for-profit organisation to implement its strategy and a passion for making a difference for families and children. The successful candidate will be able to lend their skills and experience to contribute to effective Clinical Governance and Financial oversight of the organisation.
Appointments are for three (3) years.
