An exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced Client Services Coordinator to join the administrative team at two centres in Cranbourne and Cranbourne North.
About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Manager Southern and Eastern Melbourne, you will work in a fast-paced environment and be an experienced professional with considerable knowledge of office oversight, coordination, supervision and support to administrative staff and administrative coordination for clinical staff. The Client Services Coordinator provides high level practice management and administrative support to facilitate the delivery of care to clients who access the centre.
Skills, experience and qualifications:
For this role you will work across our two centres in Cranbourne and Cranbourne North. The position is permanent, full-time. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Fridays each week, with the expectation to work Wednesday evenings (12n to 8pm).
