About the role
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, your responsibilities include management of RAV’s client services, programs, education, quality, tender and contractual obligations within a significant budget. This involves direct and indirect management of RAV’s 15 centres located in Melbourne metropolitan and regional Victoria, through a team of managers who are responsible for providing high quality, effective and efficient delivery of a wide range of clinical services to meet client needs in an evidence-based, outcomes-focused manner. The role is also responsible for tender development/submissions with a focus on business growth via new income streams aligned to RAV’s Vision and Focus as well as management of RAV’s ISO accreditation, quality management, audit and compliance requirements.

This position will be based in our Camberwell office but will involve travel to RAV’s 15 centres located in Melbourne and regional Victoria.
