connectEDspace - support for young people

Young people can face all sorts of pressures – including problems at school, with friends or at home.
connectEDspace is a website by Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV), dedicated to young people to help provide all the information they need to deal with the stuff they go through each day.

Aboriginal Family and Relationship Support

RAV provides support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and individuals to help strengthen family relationships.

Counselling provides an opportunity to talk with a professionally trained person to discuss couple issues, conflicts with friends, relationship breakdown, parenting, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, grief, sexual problems, childhood sexual abuse, stress and work related tensions and disputes.

Through our Workplace Support Services, we support workplaces that are currently experiencing or are likely to experience conflict between employees, managers or members of governance committees.

Workplace conflict is associated with decreased productivity and increase absenteeism for employees directly involved in the conflict, but it can also impact other employees when the conflict affects the culture and workplace environment.

RAV is a practiced mediation organisation, with a background of more than 35 years delivering conflict resolution services, including mediation and Family Dispute Resolution. We are also a leading provider of mediation training to new and established mediators and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners, through our Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution, Intensive Mediation Course and range of professional development workshops.

We currently deliver a diverse range of mediation, conflict resolution and conciliation services, including within workplaces.

Climate analysis

Workplace climate analyses are designed to support workplaces to plan for the future operationally and strategically, through anonymous staff surveys that assess workplace elements such as staff engagement, culture and satisfaction. We can support workplaces to develop, analyse and report on climate surveys, as well as identify recommendations and future improvement opportunities.
