Webinar: Thrive - How to Optimise your Performance and Energy for Long Term Wellbeing

This webinar outlines three key building blocks of resilience which centre on a simple formula for a balanced life: - how to maintain your physiology, - the choices you make each day - the mindset you adopt. Bill will help you identify the skills to navigate your day to day life for work, energy, success and happiness.

Learning outcomes

  1. Understand the importance of physical health on wellbeing and building resilience.
  2. Recognise and take control of day to day demands to create time to focus on key resilience behaviours.
  3. Understand how to manage mind-set into the longer term.
