Would you like to work for us? Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is a leading and valued provider of specialist family and relationship services. We are a community-based not-for-profit organisation, with no religious affiliations.
At Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV), we aim to attract, employ and retain a diverse workforce. Our values, strategic priorities and vision for “positive, safe and respectful relationships for couples, families, schools, workplaces and communities” are the foundations of our organisation and the way we work, both with our clients and our colleagues.
With over 300 employees, working at 17 locations across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria, and from additional outreach locations, our workforce reflects the broad range of services we provide and the diverse communities in which we work. We recognise that our staff, working with these communities, are integral to the success of the programs and services we provide.
We employ qualified clinicians with expertise in counselling, family dispute resolution (mediation), child and family services, community engagement, group facilitation and education. We also employ a management and leadership team, as well as administration and corporate support staff, including in the areas of finance, information technology, communications and marketing, and human resources.
We are an ‘employer of choice’ within the community and not-for-profit sector, and we pride ourselves on our commitment to our employees by prioritising their personal and professional development, and by providing a safe and healthy workplace. We also support a healthy work-life balance at RAV through a range of initiatives that are valued by our employees. Read more about the benefits of working with us here.
