This workshop is the first of two short courses on property and financial matters in family dispute resolution (FDR). The workshops are aimed at teaching FDR Practitioners (FDRPs) skills to work with property and financial matters within a family law environment and facilitating dispute resolution in this context. The interactive training will include a variety of learning methodologies including demonstrations, discussions and role plays.
This two-day course is ideal for accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners (FDRPs) with experience working with families around parenting arrangements.

This course will help to strengthen and develop your existing knowledge and skills with property and financial matters within FDR. It will also provide the opportunity to enhance your confidence through the practical application of skills in activities and role plays.
